Answers what’s backed up. Hands over what isn’t.
Alpheris answers your customers’ recurring questions from your website and your documents — shipping, returns, payment. If it finds no evidence, it says so, offers your team and remembers the question for you.
Read for this answer
From your sources, not from the internet
You enter your domain or upload documents. Alpheris reads everything in and looks for the right passages for every question — by words and by meaning.
If something isn’t backed up, it isn’t claimed.
If it doesn’t know something, it learns it from you
Without evidence it doesn’t guess. The question lands in your list “Unanswered questions” — with a count of how often it was asked.
You write the answer once. It’s saved as an FAQ in your knowledge base, and from then on it answers the question itself.
Handover when the customer needs it
When Alpheris notices that someone is upset, it offers your team. In clear cases it hands over right away. The conversation lands in your inbox with the full history.
You decide how early it hands over.

What you should know about support automation
How does Alpheris stop the AI from making things up?
It only answers from your content. If something isn’t backed up, it isn’t claimed. If it finds no answer, it says so, offers your team and puts the question in your list “Unanswered questions”.
When does it hand over to my team?
When the customer wants it or is upset. When it’s about buying, it offers a short request form instead. You set how early it hands over in the dashboard.
Can I set the tone?
Yes: tone of voice, formal or informal, and whether it uses emojis.
Which languages does it answer in?
It detects the language of every message and replies in it. German and English are covered best; some fixed text blocks only exist in these two languages.
Where is my data stored?
Hosted in Germany, with a DPA and published subprocessors.
