Alpheris reads your website and the documents you upload: house rules, collection calendar, circulars, frequent questions about the service charge statement. Every answer is checked against these sources. What isn't backed up, the AI doesn't answer but hands over to you.

If someone reports water damage, a broken heater or a lost key, the AI takes the address, apartment and photo and hands over to your management team. You see everything in one inbox and keep writing in the same conversation, whether the report came in by chat, WhatsApp or email.
Alpheris does not offer phone support. There is no direct connection to property management software such as DOMUS, Karthago or casavi today; you can pass requests on via webhook, Zapier, Make or n8n.
Tenant emails with a draft. You approve them, or they go out on their own.
The mail agent reads your mailbox (Outlook/Microsoft 365 or IMAP) and writes a checked draft for every tenant email. At first you approve each draft. Once you trust the answers, you turn on the autopilot per mailbox; it only sends what passes every check.
Which requests can the AI answer?
Everything that is in your documents or on your website: waste collection, house rules, quiet hours, contacts, questions about the service charge statement, notice periods, what to do after losing a key. Whatever is not backed up, it hands over to you.
What happens with a damage report?
The AI takes the address, apartment, description and photo and hands over to your management team, with a reason and a summary. It does not hire a tradesperson itself.
Does it work with our property management software?
There is no direct connection to DOMUS, Karthago, PowerHaus, casavi or Facilioo today. You can pass requests on via webhook, Zapier, Make or n8n.
Can Alpheris make phone calls?
No. Alpheris answers email, website chat, WhatsApp and Instagram. Alpheris does not offer phone support.
Where is tenant data stored?
Alpheris is hosted with Hetzner in Germany. The data processing agreement is public at alpheris.com/en/dpa, and customer data is not used to train AI models.
